I'm not a CPS member, ,but nevertheless service from Canon's Jamesburg NJ facility has been excellent, camera's repaired in under a week, the early flaring 24-105 replaced on the spot. Could not ask for more.
I also have an ipF5000, and while it's setup and use is not the easiest, the service I received from Canon has also been excellent; for example a defective roll feed unit replaced overnight, ditto recently, a defective ink cartridge.
The camera and printer repair are separate entities, and are not related.
