Of course it is, and sorry if it got to you the wrong way - not intended. All your seeing is a bit of well-intentioned humour directed at one person's silliness. But, we should all probably just let it pass into the oblivion it deserves.

Hell´s teeth, Mark, oblivion awaits us all - let´s do all we can to pretend it doesn´t exist!
I trust Michael did understand this is all in humour - if not, then it´s a timely warning about how awkward the internet can become where what would cause no doubts on the paper page can cause it on the screen. I have a deep-seated aversion to emoticons etc. but perhaps they really are necessary in this medium.
But then, that´s just another fine layer on the digital landscape.
