Total number of shutter actuations

Of my canon 1ds 2, how can I find out? I been to the #10000 a few times, just would like to now how many times?

CanCount and Capture One can display the number of frames. The list is not exhaustive, of course!

thanks for the links francois, they both ask for the full version! any cheaper tips?

You can download the demo version of Capture One, it's fully functional for 15 or 30 days. A free command line version of CanCount but it seems to have disappeared. If you use a Windows PC, perhaps Breeze Browser can show the number of frames.

Some more info: Read this thread. Additionally, it looks like a free appplication is available here. I don't know if it works and if it provides reliable information.
