Soft Proofing

Camera to Print is excellent!!!

Here is where I'm having a problem.
I've chosen various paper/printer profiles such as Epson Premium Luster on 4800 printer
or other various papers and the Simulate Black Ink is always grayed out
It seem to be accessible only with SWOP Ink/Paper
I'm stumped.
