Epson Paper on Z3100

Hi Everyone,

I have some old Epson Photo Quality Glossy paper (S041123) and Epson Photo Quality Ink Jet paper  (S041079) left over from my Epson Stylus 3000.  Would it be safe to use it with a DesignJet Z3100?  I am not too concerned about quality given I will use the paper to print signs and classroom posters for a school.

Go for it. I have a bunch of Epson premium luster and premium glossy paper left over from my 7600, and both print beautifully on the Z3100 after running a calibration and profiling routine with the built-in spectro. The glossy paper in particular looks very nice with the gloss enhancer.

Hi David,

Like Geoff says give it a try.  The only difference might be that the paper is designed for dye ink instead of pigment ink.  You'll find out quick enough if the paper isn't compatible.
