Yes, I carry them on a plane all the time.  I was never questioned about them even when they open my bag.

If there ever was one photographic item that could be used for nefarious purposes, it would be the pocket wizard, and having taken them on many flights in the last few years, I have never once even been asked what they are or what they do. They've been looked at in the x-ray machines and in many hand inspections and not even the slightest hint of a question. Makes me feel a whole lot safer...
