Hasselblad Tech Support
« on: July 27, 2007, 10:31:32 am »

I'm having a real problem getting a hold of Hasselblad technical support.  Do you guys have any emails for them other than the support@hasselbladusa.com ?

I've logged 2 phone calls and 7 emails, all unanswered.  Is any one else having problems with Hasselblad tech support?

Thanks,
Weldon

Weldon:

I believe Per Holk is on holiday.

That leaves William Moody in Redmond. Here are some options if you have trouble reaching William - contact Victor Noranjo (1-800-367-6434) - I believe he is the California rep, not sure his level of technical competence. Or you could try Eric Peterson in the Alpharetta, GA office (678-867-7937). Eric is also technical supprt. Typically, reps and dealers also have access to other technical resources as well, so you might ask the dealer you bought from, or Victor Naranjo to help out with those additional technical avenues as well.

If you get busy signals everywhere, feel free to PM me.
