Epson R200 printer
« on: July 23, 2007, 05:51:39 pm »

I have an Epson R200 printer that I don't use much, being a traditional darkroom person. However I wanted to try making a portfolio of small images on Hannemuhle Photorag Bright White (310gsm) paper using piezography K6 inks designed for the printer and the QTR software. I was able to make four beautiful prints and then the feed wouldn't take the paper anymore. The people at Inkjet Mall that created the K6 inks suggested running some typewriter paper through the feed, first spraying lightly with windex to clear the rollers of the sizing. Still no luck. Anyone trying to do this? It is an inexpensive way to get started printing in this manner without having to invest in an Epson 3800 or 4800.
