Printing to the iPF5000 Cassette

I have been having trouble printing to the Canon iPF5000 cassette with correct color management. I have a thread on this at the Lightroom U2U Forum:

In summary, it appears that when I print to the cassette, the selected print profile is not applied, and prints are made without color management (dark green/yellow = no profile applied per Jeff Schewe). The same profiles, printer driver, media settings, etc. Work correctly from PS (CS3), or when printing from LR to the "tray". The failure only occurs when I print to the cassette, and occurs whether I connect to the printer via ethernet or USB.

Has anyone else had this experience, or been able to print to the cassette correctly?

My setup:  Intel Mac, OS 10.4.10, LR 1.1, PS CS3, iPF5000 driver = 1.23.
