Ok, this is my opinion.
I received the P30 on loan to get the P30+. I am on location for a while and I don't have pics to post. I think that I have them at my office...Anyway, if I still do I will post them in a week or so. But what I did on the day I had both backs was to shoot a dappled light scene on my porch with a MacBeth Color Checker card on a good quality tripod with a cable release and mirror lockup. I wanted to see the difference...I did this VS my canon 5d as well. I shot all cameras except the P30 at 1600 all the way down to 100. The P30 doesn't give you the 1600 option. I still love my 5d but man...not really a comparison in resolution. It did a pretty good job on color as well as great on noise. Anything over 100 iso on the P30 sucks. What ever, let me have it....It does. at 200 you start to see weird color patterns. I have seen this in jeans or darker fabrics. The P30+ handled the increased iso great. With the canon I saw pleasing grain as I increased the iso, the P cameras have more of a noise to them...not really a pleasing grain structure. Again, my thoughts. Looking at the color checker it the P cameras produced better colors vs the canon but again the P30+ blew away the colors or the consistency of the color boxes especially at 200-400 iso. Honestly I would run not walk to get rid of my P30. I am not totally happy with my P30+ I kinda hate C1 and I would love to be using some other product besides raw developer...Maybe lightroom in a month or so when the update it for the P30+ files.
I honestly wouldn't shoot the P30+ back for a job over 400 iso..
Also, what's up this CA? No sharpness, 100% crop of a 16-bit tiff, A-1998 converted to srgb for the web. Jpeg wuality 12. This was with Hc 50mm lens f7.1 1/500s iso 100. Large raw file.
