Edit Capture Time

With LR 1.1 it is now possible to edit the capture time of one image.  In 1.0, this was not possible.  

However, if one has many scans and would like to alter the capture time of all of these at once - LR makes up dates for all of the selected photos.

Has anyone else encountered this problem?
