As far as I know there is not connection between Yellowstone and the Wave.
What is referred to as the Wave are sandstone formations in northwestern Arizona near the town of Page. Permit is required since they are trying to protect the formations from large crowds. A search online will give you all the details on whom to contact to obtain the rights to passage on the Wave.

interesting, well maybe i just got confused because The Wave was mentioned alot in this Yellowstone post. Thanks for the info, looks like a cool place!
