Hello there !
« on: June 12, 2007, 03:27:07 am »

Introducing myself: I look forward to joining here (after lurking for a suitable time to get the feel of this forum.  )
I am an amateur photographer, with more years of experience than I care to admit to... My photographic interests are wildlife, general and travel and landscape. My equipment is Leica M8.

Lurking is a good habit. It´s what made HC-B, Doisneau, Ronis et al. Just don´t do it around fourteen-year-old girls, dodgy old water-craft and icebergs. These have a habit of turning out nasty, as your lurking will have shown you already.

Welcome- Rob C

Thanks. I'll trust the more savvy members on this forum to point out icebergs (Don't seem to agree with M8s) and fourteen-year-old girls (That one I already picked up on) on this forum to me. I have plenty of experience with dodgy old water-craft (I'll still have to find that one)

Did you leave them on the dock with the beer?

Ah, I see! You finished the beer before going on board, no doubt for the express purpose of helping to lighten the load.
