Difference Between "Zero'd" and "None" Presets?
« on: May 29, 2007, 11:05:12 am »

Hello,

I wonder if there is a difference between the "zero'd" and the "none" presets? If so, what is the difference? If not, why are there two?

Many thanks,

Yes, for zero'd, the slides get set to 0, whereas for None it's the defaults (which aren't necessarily zero, for instance  Brightness default is +50). You can see this for yourself. Go to the Develop module and make sure both side panels are open. Look at the sliders and their slider values. Click on None preset. Then click on Zero'd preset. Watch the sliders change.
