My Canon ipf5000 had a cartridge fail two days ago. I called the retailer the next morning prepared to have a discussion about warranty etc. Instead, as soon as I told him of the problem the response was "No problem, we'll send a new cartridge immediately!" There was another phone call the next day from the tech who had installed my machine to see if there were any other problems, chatted about photoshop plugin versus PS print with preview etc., and in general made me feel like a valued customer - and I am not a professional and will likely never spend a huge amount of money with them (except for the printer of course - a big investment)!
These are the sort of people I like doing business with!
