Photo Mechanics Transmit

Using PM, and entering captions for each photo, how do you burn the photos with the captions?  Or can you? I need to be able to add captions to photos and burn the images with the captions.  I also need to be able to Transmit the images to publications w/the captions, also.  How do I accomplis this task successfully?
