It's not getting the decisive moment that's the problem, but the decisive moment that happens just after you've taken a picture.

Whenever I've tried one it's always taken 14-15 secs between shots. Considerably longer than you've experienced.

I am surprised at the nice and strong bokeh achieved on some portraits of your gallery. Is really so easy to get background blur with this camera? what f-stop equivalence to full frame can be expected from this Ricoh at maximum aperture?

As I said in my initial post, only the top two rows of photos were taken with the GX100 (10 photos). The portrait you refer to (the one of the old man?) is from SLR and 70-200 f/4 zoom.
