How the Z3100 color management REALLY works

To all:
It seems we Z3100 owners can't get enough technical info on our printers.  Attached is a technical white paper from the 2006 HP Developers Conference.  There is no truly new information here, but it may help answer what can be realistically expected from the Z3100 when it comes to profile target creation and scanning.  See pages 13-16.  I got this PDF from the public download site off of the HP Developers Portal.  The link is:

choose Designjet in the Kit Area Box and then expand all.

Hmm...  My attachment may be too big (6.7Mb)  Anyway go to the above link and choose 2006 Developers Conference and the Color Measurement SDK.
