FYI:

in general, any digital area sensor camera backs will be accepted for trade-ins (any brand). The amount of the trade-in depends on the digital back purchased. Consult your distributor/dealer for details.

that pricing brings the hass system to where it should be....taking advantage of being able to sell body, lens and back in one set....

generally a good thing to bring prices down......

no phase promotions?

does the sinar trade-in work for the Hy6 bundle as well?

Dear Sam,

as said, the best is to contact your local distributor/dealer: they can give you all details about the trade-in value.

And as said, it depends not only on the traded in back, but also on the new back purchased.

Also, if you wish to upgrade your current eMotion 22 to the new eMotion 54 LV, you can do this at a very attractive price. You will get your current e22 replaced by a totally new back (not just upgraded).

Best regards,
Thierry

Paul,

Generally, promotions cannot be combined with other offers.

This being said, Sinar is currently proposing 3 different promotions:

- Trade-ins of DMFB's for a new MFDB (without MF camera)

- Promotions for the Sinar Hy6 camera with a Sinarback: with either the eMotion 75 LV, the eMotion 54 LV or the Sinarback 54 MC (bundle including camera, back, adapter, waist-level finder and 80mm lens, as well as different small items/accessories like battery, charger, etc ...)

- trade-ins of any MF camera by purchasing either the Sinar Hy6/eMotion 75 LV or Sinar Hy6/SB 54 MC bundle

Best regards,
Thierry

Paul:

Is this standard? In the US, 1 year is standard, additional years are extra. If 3 years is standard in Europe, I'm wondering if the pricing reflects that. I'll check with the US to see if there's a difference.

Dear Steve,

FYI: even if 1 year is standard in the US, Sinar's warranty period is 3 years everywhere in the world. No extra costs.

Yes - I was only referring to the warranty on H3D, which Paul had asked about.
