DJ130 printer driver, max dpi setting gone
« on: May 07, 2007, 08:15:42 am »

In the current DJ130 XP x64 driver (6.06), the 'maximum dpi' setting is gone (I'm using Premium Plus Matte/Photo Satin). Is there some trick to get it back?

(My laptop running XP with driver version 6.00.00 has the 'maximum dpi' setting.)

Is there an older driver version for x64 available somewhere that has it?

This is what I do to set the printer for maximum dpi:

In the "Designjet 130 Printing Preferences" dialogue box, click on the "Paper/Quality" Tab and then click on "Advanced Paper Settings." In the next dialogue box that opens put a check in the box "Maximum Detail" under "Advanced Optimization Options"--this will enable "maximum dpi".

Thanks! That appears to do the same as the old max dpi setting (my custom profile works with that).
