Question for Michael
« on: May 07, 2007, 02:35:05 am »

Michael,

I notice that your Epson P-2000 didn't rate a mention in your "Amazon - What Worked..." article. Did you not take the unit with you? If this is the case, are you not so enamored with it as you once were? I'm actually considering purchasing an updated version of this device, so I'd be interested in learning whether you're still happy with yours.

Thx kindly.

I took my P-5000 on the trip and used it occasionally. One student had a hard drive failure and we set it up as a substitute only to find we had hooked up his HD incorrectly (so it worked and that was that). But it was a handy back up!

The P2000, or the latest P5000 make sense for some situations. But since on this trip I could travel with a laptop it really didn't have anything to offer.
