Lightroom output using other profiles?

I normally shoot in Adobe RGB, and then while outputting for 5"x7" lab prints, I convert to sRGB. My lab prints these on a Noritsu.

Can other profiles be installed in Lightroom? (i.e. alternatives to the existing Adobe, sRGB, ProPhoto profiles)
