I would like to inform you herewith about the the acquisition of the remaining 49 percent of the shares in SINAR AG Switzerland by JENOPTIK Germany.

well this is a defining moment in photo history.. koch family out of sinar..I think that was the last
nail on the film coffin..what a great run they had and I would like to thank them for providing me
with the finest large format cameras ever produced, period.
Now make room for the hy6, clearly keller's idea of the way forward..I'm right there with you wofgang, can't wait to see see this bigger sensor that they eluded too..I've been waiting 4 years for it, guess I can wait a little longer.
who would have thought of a scanner company buying hassy.. now jenoptik taking over sinar,
obviously a new era is here..now all we have to do as photographers is be smart in our business,
increase fees, don't give away rights!, because we all know this new technology will not be given away.
