Here is my story...
It has been a month since my demo copy of lightroom has expired. As a pixmantec raw shooter premium, I was entitled to version 1 of lightroom for free. Apparently an email was supposed to be sent to me with the relevent information, but I have still have not received it.
I have tried sending an email to Adobe and received a reply that the issue can not be sorted out by email. I was told to contact Adobe, but I live in South Africa and that is not a reality.
Other people who had the same problem emailed someone in adobe and the issue was sorted out.
Do you have any idea who I could email?
