The area around the McMichael Collection at Kleinburg is nice and woodsy - even has a bit of a Group of Seven feel to it - admittedly not the Gustav Klimpt style, but may have some potential nonetheless. But this question is hard to answer without knowing more about what kind of photography you are expecting to do in Toronto. What aspects of Toronto are you aiming to photograph?
