Xrite/Monaco Profiler 4.8.3 Vista support

Anyone know what  the change log is for Profiler 4.8.3? Is it just to be compatible with Vista or are there other changes that would make it worth using for a non-Vista user? Listed as being 3/31/07 so it is only a few days old now.
