Very Basic Need for Help with ICC Profiles

I recently bought my Epson Stylus 2400 and this is the first time I have downloaded an ICC profile for a new paper (Hahnemuhle German Etching) for use on my Windows (XP) machine.

I went to the Hahnemule website, downloaded 2 of their profiles (matte black and photo black for this paper).  They both installed just fine and I can view them in my "edit, color settings, color space" listing in my PhotoShop CS2.  

However, when I go to print, those papers have not been added as "media choices" in the printer setup routine.  Only the original Epson paper ICC profiles that installed with the printer show up.  At some point, shouldn't they be added to the list at that location?

I have re-booted my machine incase that was necessary, but to no avail.

What step(s) am I missing?

No, only the Epson media types will appear in the driver settings. The profiles should have come with instructions. They will most likely tell you to choose one of the epson media types when printing on these papers (e.g., Velvet Fine Art).
