Amazon says aroud April 20. I ordered from the Adobe Store (Switzerland) and my order carries April 24 as shipping date.

(Edit: this is for Photoshop CS3 only. I have no idea about the full CS3 suite)

It was also my understanding that CS3 would ship around April 20. HOWEVER, I was in an Apple Store yesterday here in Toronto and lo and behold on the shelf was CS3 in many of its versions. Now  I didn't ask if they were empty boxes but they were shrink-wrapped. I have already ordered from Adobe so I wasn't that interested.
