cintiq?

Can anyone offer a practical evaluation of the cintiq?

i produce very large images which require hours of work with the healing brushes, and am considering purchasing a cintiq.  I am concerned about the  durability of the screen, but would also like to hear from anyone who has owned one for a while what their long-term opinion of the cintiq is, and why.

I have one and love it.  No complaints at all and it really makes long detail oriented retouching sessions much nicer.

I've had one since they were first introduced. It's holding up very well and I can't even immagine how I lived without it!
