I write from Italy. I just bought NEC 2090 UXi, but in Europe (differently from USA) Spectraview Profiler software (Basiccolor Display 4) is different from Spectraview II. It looks European Spectraview software can only generate hardware calibration with Spectraview monitors, but not with '90 series monitors.
I know Spectraview II can also hardware calibrate '90 series monitors.
I wrote to NEC USA. They said me: "The SVII version sold in North America supposedly do not work with the European models."
I supposed they didn't tell the truth.
So I would like to try it before buying because I want to be sure it works well in fully hardware calibration with Nec european monitors too.
I downloaded Spectraview II last release from NEC USA website.
But when I install it, I need serial number to procede. Does anyone have a demo release o a serial number I can try before buying the software? I wouldn't spend money before testing.
