Jess, I would definitely follow up with Epson. Use the Pro Support number that came with the card with your printer.

Hi,
I contacted Epson. They said,"Oh, it's broken. we'll have to replace it".

So, thet're forwarding my case to Epson canada, and they said I should have a new printer in 2 days.

We'll see.

They replaced the printer. So now the knocking is gone but im working on the last 1/4" not printing on borderless. It's amazing, a cheap epson 320 can print fine borderless - buy an expensive printer and it seems to get a decent print you have to REALLY work for it. Sooo my 1 1/2" not printing is now 1/4" and so far no knocking. I'll have to look for solutions on the forums.
