Lightroom Illuminated
« on: March 18, 2007, 04:15:51 pm »

I was just browsing the upcoming LR books on Amazon, and came across "Lightroom Illuminated", by Michael Reichmann (paperback, 400 pgs, release Mar 29)

Lightroom Illuminated at Amazon.ca

Anything you're able to share with us about this Michael? Is it the same type of material as the videos? What will differentiate it from the plethora of other LR books hitting the stores?

News to me as well.

The reality is that I had a book in discussion with a publisher but in the end decided not to do it proceed. The publisher obviously generated an ISBN, and Amazon simply grabbed the number and some bot created a listing.

If anyone finds a copy in a book store, let me know.

Of course there's always our downloadable 4.5 hour video tutorial done with Jeff Schewe. Turned out to be much more useful than the book.

If I find one, I'm counting on you to autograph it for me, Michael!
I guess, disappearing ink would be appropriate.

So, I guess there's no point in hitting the pre-order button.  Or I could, and see what arrives. Could be a one-of-a-kind collector's item

Already getting those, and thank-you for doing them. I'm learning a lot, not just about LR, but some new post processing techniques as well.
