I recently purchased an Upstrap for my DSLR. When I was having an issue that confounded me threading the ends between two other pieces of the strap, and not wanting to destroy anything in the process, I got on the website and emailed. Since I was midway through the installation process, and preparing to leave on a trip, I noticed that the owner had prominently listed his own cell phone number. I called the number and left a message which was returned by the actual owner in about 90 seconds.
Imagine, a real person, not press number one for this, number two for that, a real live person, who solved the problem immediately with just a tip that resolved the issue.
On top of that the email was answered almost simultaneously, and all of this after hours. Not an advertisement, but something that ought to be commended so-here it is.
