Photoshop group with previous
« on: March 07, 2007, 05:14:56 pm »

I often "hand color" B&W images in PS.  Using PS 7, I created a new layer adding color to a certain part of the image and then  if I was not totally satisfied with the color I could modify the color in that layer by grouping an adjustment layer like Hue Satuation or Curves using the Group with Previous command.  The adjustment layer only affected the previous "hand colored" layers color.

Now that I upgraded to CS2 I can't figure out how to accomplish the same thing.

I am on Mac

Thanks in advance,

Hold down the option key and click in between the adjustment layer and the artwork layer. It will no longer apply to any layers below.
