Melbourne Photo Studio for Hire - 4m x 8m Space

I'm renting out my Footscray photo studio while I'm not using it.

It's a 4m x 8m room with 3.5m to 4.5m high ceilings, and is situated next to the Maribyrnong river, just 10 minutes from the Melbourne CBD.

Images of the space can be seen here: http://nicmason.com/studio
---------------------------

I've installed a durable 4 metre wide white vinyl cyc-wall, at one end of the room.

I'll be sub-letting the space in half-day blocks at $100 per half day. The cost can be a bit less if you would like to use it for 8 or 12 hours straight.

Additional contact details can be found on the main page of my website: NicMason.com

Cheers!

Many years later, and I'm renting out my (new) studio space again!  :D

This one, in West Melbourne next to the river, is even bigger at 4.5m x 11.0m, and I've build a solid white cyc-wall (3.6-metre-high x 4m-wide x 4m-deep) into one half of the room.

It has 90% black-out with some dark curtains.  During the middle of the day some ambient light will still get in.

This time it's available for a whole day (24 hours!) at just $99...  For a limited time! :)  Depending on wear-and-tear I may need to put the price up later.

Look after it guys, I need to use it too!  ;)  Talk to you soon!

Cheers,

Hi Nic, do you have any photos of the space? Is the footscray one still available? Is there much natural light in this new space?

Thanks mate

The new West Melbourne studio has some natural light if you need it, through some high windows (facing south-west) directly above, on either side, and behind the cyc-wall.

It also has some all-around ambient light during the day.

Attached is a photo of the cyc-wall half of the space.

PS:  The previous (Footscray) studio is now a block of apartments!  :)

Thanks Nic, is the cyc the only part of the space that is for hire? Do you have any wide shots of the space in general?

You can use the whole space of 4.5m x 11.0m;  it's all one room.

I don't have a photo of the other half of the room at the moment,  but I can take one within the next day or two.

The other half of the space is empty, apart from a small table and chair, and a few building materials I have in the corner which only take up a square metre or two at the most.  I can easily move that out, if necessary.  You have a clear 11 metres from the entrance to the back of the cyc-wall.

I'm currently looking for two permanent tenants to hire it at $75/week each.  (I'm no longer hiring it out on a casual basis.)

Here are some more shots of the space:
