Serge, not some much complaining as trying to define the problem and lower the expectations. A monitor manuafacturer's claim that a monitor is ddc compatible obscures that 6-8 various permutations of ddc that might be present assuming they adhere to the protocol. Then you add in Eizo that does something entirely different than ddc, and NEC who refuses to release their software sdk to anyone, add in a few more monitors like the new samsung led model and you have a deep and twisted mess that somethimes we're amazed ever works at all! It's never dull however.
