changing paper type to watercolor : radiant white
« on: February 20, 2007, 02:18:51 pm »

I have an espon 2400 and the profile for the Moab entrada paper calls for the paper setting to be changed to watercolor: radiant white.

I am using PSCS2 with a Mac with tiger and it wont let me change it to the options, they appear gray.
i've attached a screen grab so you can see what im seeing.

any ideas?

Make sure you've selected "Manual Rear Feed" in your Page Setup when you chose the paper size.

there we go. i didnt see manual rear feed but something along the lines of "roll manual load" and that gave me the options for the paper, so hopefully i wont run into any problems that way.

thanks for your help
