Graphire 4 and Photoshop CS2

I have recently purchased a Wacom Graphire 4 tablet. I know there are many ways to configure the pen and tablet (and the mouse, too) for CS2 use but I was hoping to get advice from experienced users on what they believe is an optimal configuation for Photoshop use, primarily editing photographs.
