I don't know if this is appropriate and approved for the site but it would sadden me if the permits were to go unused.
I may, repeat may, have 6 extra permits for The Wave for Tuesday February 27th. I will not be sure probably until the night of Monday the 26th. I am going there with a group and it all depends if they are satisfied with their photography for the day, if not we need to return on that 27th.
If someone is in the area at that time and is interested in going to The Wave, and wishes to leave me their cell number and we could talk about it, great.
It would be a pity not to use the permits.
The last time I was at The Wave in September, and because of other problems with our companions' itinerary, I left the extra permits with the BLM. I plan to do the same this time if nobody contacts me. My email address which I can access while I am away is below. I leave for the area on February 17th.
