Q on PSCS3 (Mac)
« on: January 22, 2007, 02:04:00 pm »

I am very new to Mac (moved to Mac Pro after 12 years absence) and am starting to learn nuances of Mac.

In PSCS3 (beta Mac), I cannot change the shape of the brush from Preferences>Cursor. I set the painting cursors to 'Full Size Brush Tip' but my brush tools show as 'cross hair.'  I could properly set within PSCS2 (Mac). Is this a bug for CS3 or am I doing something wrong?

I believe that this is a known bug on Intel Macs.

It is a known bug.  The solution for now is to run CS3 on Intel macs under Rosetta emulation.  Find the CS 3 icon in the Applications folder; Do "Get Info"; and check the "open using Rosetta" checkbox in the Get Info dialog.
