phase one issue

Hi, I have a P21 and I've had the error "retransmitting lost data" a few times now, I shoot and instead of the image processing and coming up in capture one, the bar sticks half way through gives the retransmitting lost data error message and won't move and I have to restart the back to get it to work again. Any ideas anyone?

I have a P30 and also have had this problem.

I got a tip from my dealer to remove the battery from the back when I shoot tethered.

The back is then not confused to where to drain power from.

Maybe it is a coinsident, but I have not received any more error messages after that.
