I got the same with Red River silver paper and have not yet figured out how to correct it, any advice would be appreciated. I might try increasing the time between passes

well i had some time to use the printer more today.  on the printer's front panel, i went to the media settings, selected the paper setting i was using for FAP, increased the head height to highest (high didn't work), and set the vacuum to "strong".  the wheel marks an other scratches are gone.  not sure if the vacuum strength made any difference but i'll figure that out later.  staying up and figuring out the printer means not get much sleep though
