I can letting of one of my Phase One Backs (making more room in the safe).

I believe he is referring to the Hass V adapter which, via an adapter plate, will work on a Mamiya RZ67 ProII

That is correct.  The adapter allows you to use the back on a Mamiya RZ67 II.
