  Thank you for you candid opinion on the IPF5000 v. 4800 conversation.  Do you have an opinion as to wheter to go with the 7800 or to wait for the HP 24" (8 color) printer?

How about waiting for the 12 color printer with a gloss optimiser.  The test prints were excellant.

What about a new Canon 24" printer - anyone heard about a possible release date? Sounds like the 17" and 44" models are producing some nice prints, but they really need to fill that size slot in the middle.
