PS batch action help
« on: October 23, 2006, 07:33:13 pm »

i am/have been trying to apply a usm to a folder full of jpegs,,

i went through the creation of an action, selected the source folder, a destination folder, but when the first image comes up, it the save as screen that wants you to select a quality of jpeg comes up, and it requires a manual input,,, and that defeats the purpose,,

is there a ck or tab that can be activated to stop that?

when i create the action,,
1. ps  open a folder, then open the file
2. apply the universal amoutn of USM that should be suffiecient for the list of files,
3. hit the close button, then yes to save and then the quality screen, then close. then stop the action.

is that the correct route, or is there another method,,,

thanks to anyone with suggestion in advance
