... So far my tests have been printed on the Hahnemule Fine Art Pearl and the Canon profile, PR1 (which I believe is for a gloss paper), works the best. The matte profile puts down too much ink. I'll continue to fine tune the process this week and will let you know what I find.

Oh boy! Will definitely be interested in what you have to say. Does it come with profiles for the new fine art papers Canon is supporting, or just the old ones (PR1, 2, etc) that came with the i9900?

edit- Since posting this, I found a "art paper" icc profile listed on Canon's support site for the Pro 9000.
I'm still curious as to whether it ships with the printer, though! :-)
I have also downloaded the "on-screen" guide for the printer. It is a big improvement on previous manuals. It is also SEARCHABLE!
