The image is almost classic in its simplicity.
While this isn't to my personal taste, I know of several places where it would look nice, and I understand how it can have an appeal. The straight lines, the distinct areas of colour, the small objects of interest (small clouds, trees, water pipe, plants in the water) and contrast all contribute to this. Some will also find the double framing (i.e. how the pool and the wall also frame the image of the grass, the trees and the sky) appealing.
However, in this almost picture perfect image, there are a couple of weaknesses:
1. You're using straight lines in your composition, but the view is not entirely in line with the vertical of the wall. I suggest you straighten your image a bit.
2. The lower right corner of the pool is just visible, but the rest of the lower edge appears to be deliberately cropped. I suggest you crop it away, as well as some of the right side of the wall.
The suggested changes seem to make your image a bit more pleasing when I experiment with it. Unfortunately, I cannot upload right now to illustrate.
As for other image quality aspects, it's hard to tell because of the extremely low resolution and low JPEG quality of the version you decided to share. I don't know if there are any details to enjoy in the image, or if the areas in the thumbnail are as bland as they appear.
