Is there a medium-format back on the market that does not require a college degree in order to get good files from? Can you process these files in good old ACR and get nice results that are worth the 30-grand price?
Tim if your current workflow is based on ACR and you're comfortable with it then it's not any different to your DSLR, bar the fact that you'll be handling a medium or large format camera rather than a 35mm....
Put a CF card in, set the iso and White balance and shoot away...that is if you have the cash obviously...
