Looking Up, Gazing Down
« on: July 08, 2018, 11:54:16 am »

While vacationing in the French and Spanish Basque country in June, I visited the Guggenheim Museum in Bilbao.  Immediately neighboring the museum is the tall La Salve bridge, spanning Ria del NeviĆ³n O de Bilbao.  A beautiful view of the museum from the bridge as well as from a trestle on the far side of the river.  But not a bad view looking upwards from the side of the museum either - thanks to the two persons gazing down.

Interesting geometry and the two tourists make it come alive (and give a sense of scale).
