Canon Pro 2000 Ink Install Dates

I have just received a set of 12 Lucia Pro inks direct from Canon and some show "install by dates" which are 07/2019.

Would the date's be replicated in the tank's microchip that would make it unusable if installed after that date.

My previous printer, Z3100 had expiry dates for the ink but made no mention of install dates...so just wondering

You won't have to worry about the date per say.  Canon doesn't have the process that HP does once you install the ink.  If HP reads the cartridge(s) and they are expired, the printer will not accept them and you have to replace.  Canon will read expired ink and you can still use it.  The quality "shouldn't" change as long as the ink is stored in a consistent temp controlled room before using them.
